What is enterprise support?

Our Technical Account Managers partner with some of the most iconic businesses in the world. These range from rising start-ups building their business from scratch, through to large enterprises going through significant transformation. Our "TAMs" provide advice on architecture, support strategy, project, and launch planning as well as ongoing operational issues.

Enterprise Support recruiters are looking for Senior Technical Account Managers and Technical Account Managers to join our "TAMily".

When applying for Enterprise Support EMEA there are a few things to consider:

  • Location – where you will be based and where you will support our AWS customers

  • Level of position based on technical skills – we have two roles that will be assessed; Technical Account Manager (competent in 2 technical domains) and Senior Technical Account Manager (competent in 4 technical domains).

  • Time to hire – the interview process can take anywhere from 3 weeks – 5 weeks depending on certain factors
