Network Availability Engineering
Dublin is home to a part of our global organization that owns the software systems which monitor network to catch failures, generate alerts, manage and remediate those events. Our goal is that any failure in the network is identified before it caused any impact and pre-emptively remediated by automated systems without human intervention. We not only collect terabytes of data every minute, but also analyse and process it in real time.
Mentorship & career growth: We're dedicated to supporting new team members. Our teams have a broad mix of experience levels and Amazon tenures, and we’re building an environment that celebrates knowledge sharing and mentorship. Our Senior Engineers enjoy mentoring Engineers from non-traditional backgrounds through one-on-one mentoring and thorough, but kind, code reviews.
We care about your career growth and put a high value on work-life balance. We try to assign projects and tasks based on what will help each team member develop into a well-rounded engineer and enable them to take on more complex tasks in the future.
An inclusive team culture: We're intentional about attracting, developing, and retaining amazing talent from diverse backgrounds. Yes, we do get to build a really cool service, but we also think a big reason for that is the inclusive and welcoming culture we try to cultivate every day. We’re looking for new teammates who are enthusiastic, empathetic, curious, motivated, reliable, and able to work effectively with a diverse team of peers; someone who will help us amplify the positive & inclusive team culture we’ve been building.
